Trivia night fundraiser kit generator
Enter your team count, rounds, and questions per round — get a complete matched kit: round answer sheets, a scorekeeper sheet, mulligan tickets, and table cards, all sized to your event. Free, no account, runs entirely in your browser. You bring the trivia questions; this builds everything around them.
Set up your fundraiser
Team names (optional)
Names print on table cards, the answer sheets, and the scorekeeper sheet. Leave any team blank to use its number instead.
Team table cards
One card per team — set one on each table before guests arrive.
Master scorekeeper sheet
For the host: record each team's score after every round and total them at the end of the night.
Mulligan tickets
Cut apart and sell or hand out before the night starts — one ticket lets a team swap in an automatic correct answer for one question.
A matched kit, not a single template
Everything sized to your event. Static templates come in one fixed size. This generator builds table cards, round answer sheets, a scorekeeper sheet, and mulligan tickets that all match your exact team count, round count, and questions-per-round — for 6 teams or 40.
You bring the trivia. This tool never generates or stores questions — it builds the paperwork around whatever questions you already have, written or bought separately.
Built for fundraiser mechanics. Mulligan tickets are a common trivia-fundraiser add-on (sell them at the door as a small extra), sized and numbered automatically alongside everything else.
Trivia fundraiser kits, quickly
Does this generate trivia questions?
No. This tool only builds the printable paperwork — table cards, blank answer sheets sized to your question count, a scorekeeper sheet, and mulligan tickets. You supply the trivia questions yourself, read aloud or on a separate sheet.
What's a mulligan ticket?
A common trivia-fundraiser add-on: teams buy or receive a ticket they can turn in to get one wrong answer marked correct. Set mulligan tickets per team to 0 if you don't want them — the kit leaves that section out entirely.
Can I reuse the same kit for multiple weeks?
Yes — the table-card assignment is randomized each time you generate or reshuffle, so printing a fresh kit for a recurring fundraiser gives tables a new mix without any extra setup.
Does this work for a small fundraiser (a handful of teams)?
Yes — any team count from 2 to 40 works the same way; the kit just has fewer table cards, tickets, and scorekeeper rows.
